I was really disappointed that I couldn't order after finishing my meal at this restaurant. The quality of the food and service has significantly declined since my last visit. The staff, however, are always enthusiastic and pleasant to interact with.

I have visited Paddle and Stone multiple times, both for dining in and takeout. The service has always been good. However, during my last few visits, there were mistakes with my orders, poor packaging, and the staff seemed confused. I recommend that they ensure their employees are properly trained before they start working. Despite these issues, the food is still quite delicious.

I ordered a pizza at this establishment. It appears to be a lively place with numerous games, music, and TVs. The bartender was friendly and efficient, managing the well-stocked bar and taking orders promptly. The pizza exceeded my expectations but wasn't amazing. The crust was fantastic, but the toppings were a bit lacking. It was on the pricier side at $15.52 for a small two-topping pizza. Overall, it ranked above average in our family's pizza rating project.

Every single time I've gone here, the waitress takes FOREVER to come back to either refill the drink or get the check. This is while sitting at the bar, not even at a table where maybe they forget. The service is always ridiculously slow and this is when its not busy in there. The pizza is so-so, however the Buffalo chicken pizza is the best Buffalo chx pizza I've ever had. They did make some improvements to the inside, which looks nice. But honestly the amount of times I've gone to still get slow, forget about you service is why I won't be going back.
