Meatball sandwich very good and filling. Tortellini was just ok. They were out of the regular sauce and subbed Alfredo sauce that was plain, no flavor. Tasted like store bought. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Visualizza piatti

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The portions were ample, the food was tasty, and the staff was welcoming. I stopped by for lunch and tried the recommended meatball sandwich, which came with a choice of soup or salad, a pasta salad, and warm, seasoned bread. The sandwich was large enough for me to save half for later. Visualizza piatti

The staff are incredibly friendly and offer outstanding service. The food is pure comfort with a refined twist. I highly recommend the homemade blackberry cheesecake. Regarding dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant, and they were very accommodating by replacing butter with olive oil and serving the cheese on the side or not at all. Since I can have hard cheeses, I opted to have mine on the side. The shrimp scampi was excellent, and I added extra lemon for flavor. Overall, I dined in and had a great experience.

I had a pleasant visit, but unfortunately, the heat was a bit of an issue. The staff was helpful in assisting with food choices. I tried the lasagna wrapped in pastry dough, which was a first for me. It was tasty and unique, but I don't think I'd order it again. Their meat sauce was excellent and reminded me of my own (I'm quite the red sauce enthusiast). I would definitely consider returning. However, my salad was a bit overdressed, making it difficult to enjoy. Still, if I find myself in the area again, I'd love to give it another shot.

"Upon arrival, it was moderately busy, and we were seated within 5-10 minutes. However, it took another 5 minutes after we were seated to receive our menus, and we waited an additional 10-15 minutes before anyone took our order. Although the restaurant had a steady stream of customers, it didn't seem overwhelming; it felt more like an issue of poor time management and prioritization. As we waited, we struggled to keep our three kids entertained, who were becoming increasingly impatient—as children tend to do. After another 5-10 minutes, a different waitress noticed that we still hadn’t received our drinks. Our food finally started arriving about 40 minutes after we ordered, but one dish was incorrect. By that point, we decided it wasn’t worth correcting, as it likely would have taken another half hour. My toddler was now done, but my other kids at least got to eat. As we continued to wait for the last two plates, I got up to request to-go boxes since we needed to check out of our hotel, and my toddler was finished. I shared my disappointment about how long we had been waiting—close to an hour at that point—while we watched other tables that arrived after us enjoy their meals, pay, and leave. The waitress simply acknowledged that they were busy and offered no further explanation or apology, which felt dismissive. In total, we spent nearly an hour and a half in the restaurant, with our food arriving only in the last 15 minutes. Though I hate to bring up race, I couldn’t help but notice the lack of diversity among the customers—perhaps it's reflective of the area, but it was striking that the only visibly biracial family received subpar service. While this may be a coincidence, I felt it was worth mentioning. Ultimately, my family was extremely disappointed with our experience, and we won’t be returning, though I doubt that would matter to the restaurant."
