Strip Steakhouse is one of our favorite restaurants. We always ask for Mallory because she is amazing!

The wait staff were excellent. The steaks were good but not great given the price. The sides were mediocre at best. The baked potato was not warm/hot, the vegetables seemed over cooked and perhaps microwaved before being sent to the table. Overall not impressed given the price.

Perfection as always. My family always comes to Strip to celebrate any occasion. The food is always spot on, the service is fantastic, and they always make my family feel special with little touches like the Happy Anniversary card they had ready on our table when we arrived. Wasn't aware of upstairs seating. A little difficult Our server ? was very attentive and cordial. Our dinner for two was more than adequate..we don't have large appetites. Most restaurants don't charge for a dessert if celebrating an anniversary as was our case or a special occasion. Ours was included in the dinner for 2 price. The prices were high, but from the crowd at the restaurant it didn't bother too many. Would go again....for a very special occasion.

Typically, steakhouses take pride in their ability to achieve a perfect sear on the exterior at temperatures exceeding 500°F, which should result in hot exteriors and cooler interiors. The server did offer to reheat the steaks, but then a manager came over to address our concerns. He was helpful, eliminating the charges for the sides and bringing us a complimentary cake at the end of our meal as a gesture of goodwill. While I appreciate the manager's efforts, the late arrival of the sides certainly detracted from the overall dining experience. Given that The Strip is considered a high-end steakhouse, I expected a much better experience, especially considering their reputation and expertise.

Let me start with I love Strip Steakhouse and have been there many times as it is our go-to steak house. This was my first bad food experience in many years. The quality of the meat was way below normal standards and the cook on the meat was way off. The temperature was right but the steaks looked and tasted almost boiled. I sent my grey-looking steak back (Big Daddy) for a sear it should have already had but it came back to the table tasting worse as it just had a burnt flavor added instead of a sear flavor. My wife's steak (Cowboy) was also very sub-par. The next day I was eating her leftovers I had to season it up more to get some flavor in it. We were on a time limit so I did not complai...
