"If I order online, they get it wrong every. single. time. Two different times I’ve ordered a steak and bacon sandwich and got just a bacon sandwich with no steak. The type of bread is wrong half the time. And every time I’ve ordered cookies, I don’t get the amount I ordered. I’m usually pretty easygoing about honest mistakes but the amount of times this has happened is ridiculous."

I discovered a small fly in the food storage containers. Additionally, I observed a staff member handling bacon with her bare hands before putting it back into the container to serve to the next customer. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.
