Update: Finally spoke to someone hours later when they picked up the phone ?they were busy, it?s a restaurant.? The manager proceeded torefuse to offer a refund and said if and only if I made the 40 min round trip back with the item would he consider a refund. Hethen argued and hung up on me for demanding a refund to my card."

I was wrongly treated as a difficult customer simply for requesting no cheese on one side of my sandwich. I've never had this problem at any other Subway location, even though I've been to many.

What a joke of a subway. My pregnant wife stood outside there door at 7:20 (they close at 8) while they stood inside and just looked at her. I tried calling and they shut off their phone system. This Subway location is one of the best I’ve visited. It’s roomy, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine anyone having a complaint here. It’s the top place in town to get a hoagie. I’d rate it 10/10—definitely better than the Parkesburg Subway.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the workers still hardly said a word to us. Service was rude and not helpful at all. On top of that they waited until we were ready to check out to tell us that they donot accept coupons. That's right they never accept any coupons! The sandwiches weren't even that good either.
