Great subs, but there is this older lady who works there, she extremely rude and she caused me to have an anxiety attack. Other than that, this place is great. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The elderly woman who assisted us was quite rude and disrespectful. It seems she is the district manager, but her unprofessional demeanor was truly disappointing.

We recently stopped by during lunch and the staff managed to handle all the orders efficiently. Our two sandwiches were prepared quickly and correctly. I had an unpleasant experience at this location due to an older lady with a very poor attitude. When I pointed to the type of bread because I couldn’t recall its name, it felt as though I had offended her and her entire family. I asked her to prepare the items according to the menu so I could leave quickly, but her dissatisfaction was evident. It was clear she didn’t want to be there. I won’t be returning. Service: 1

The food is truly outstanding; it's always prepared exceptionally and tastes delicious. As for the service, I've never encountered any major issues, although there was a small mix-up with a coupon. However, the owner should definitely address the lack of air conditioning at that location, as I really feel for the workers who have to deal with the heat. As for the ambiance, well, it’s a subway, so it’s not really what you’d call a special atmosphere.

The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful! They were unhelpful in every way. To make matters worse, they charged me for every little addition I requested on my sandwich because I ordered one that was no longer on the menu. Instead of informing me about it beforehand, they waited until after I placed my order to tell me. I simply ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.
