Lack of respect for customers... It's the worst subway restaurant in the area.

I would not suggest spending your money at this restaurant. The manager was disrespectful and demonstrated a lack of professionalism.

The sandwiches here are consistently excellent. You truly get what you put in. It's important to remember that those working in the food service industry are often overworked and underpaid, and language barriers can lead to misunderstandings. I’ve never encountered any issues with them. Keep up the great work!

I requested double cheese, and it felt like I was begging for it as if it were a complimentary addition. When I politely pointed this out, the manager stepped in and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could just leave. I tried explaining that his response was quite rude, but he insisted he wanted me to go because he noticed I was taking a picture of the bread. What shocked me was that instead of acknowledging that the portion I received didn't match what I had paid for, he chose to kick me out right in front of my child. To make matters worse, my order came out wrong. I had ordered a melt but received a sub instead. I considered asking the server to fix it, but my break was short, so I had to leave. When it was time to pay, I discovered that the store does not accept $100 bills, so I paid with smaller denominations, but the server didn't thank me or offer any menu suggestions. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience for her. About 10 minutes later, I returned the sandwich because it was soggy, chewy, and undercooked. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager in the back is incredibly rude to customers. His first reaction to even the smallest issue is to yell, kick people out, or call the police. Most problems are just typical everyday requests, like asking for extra veggies or cheese, but he always responds in the worst possible way. The female worker in the front seems completely unaware of how to handle any issues and constantly has to call him for help. Please, if you can, avoid this Subway franchise at all costs. Whenever there's even a minor issue, his first response is to yell, throw you out, or threaten to call the police. Most of the problems we encountered were common for a Subway, such as requesting extra vegetables or using a coupon, but he always addresses them in the most inappropriate manner.
