The staff at the counter need to improve their customer service skills. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no wish for a nice day—nothing at all. I guess this is what I can expect from today's youth.

There’s typically only one person working, and they always prioritize online orders over in-person customers. Honestly, it’s more convenient to just go to McDonald's, even though that place isn’t great either.

It's not a bad place to eat, but the experience can vary significantly depending on the staff working that day. Some employees don’t quite understand when you ask for a few olives. My main concern, though, is the fact that all Subways seem to be making their sandwiches smaller these days.

I came in today at 11:00 am for lunch and the person behind the counter I don't know I'd she was the manager or what was completely rude never even egnoloage me or said I will be right with you I was prepared to spend a good amount for lunch but instead I left she didn't even try to stop me I don't know if she is the manager I see her there all the time so.iam assuming she is if this is the case she is terrible and needs to be replaced no customer service not even any eye contact this needs to be addressed especially in a small town

When I finally received my sandwiches, I noticed that they were lacking in meat and cheese, despite ordering the series sandwiches, which are supposed to contain twice as much filling and come at a higher price. I won't be returning, and I wasn't the only one facing issues. At least two other customers with mobile orders were also waiting a long time, and one walk-in customer left without ordering.
