"My hubby I came for lunch, each paying separate and w/a coupon. They wouldn’t let me use my coupon since I was w/another person using a coupon also even tho we have separate bank accounts. I said “what if I went outside and came back, that is a new customer in my book.” He is the manager and he said “NO”! I left and went for a short walk and came in after a couple other customers and the gal working w/him was going to help me but the manager took over and started making my Teriyaki steak sandwich. When he asked me what I wanted on my sandwich, I said red onions to which he said “there are already onions on it”. When I ate it it felt like there wasn’t much meat in it, so I opened the sandwich and found two pieces of steak the size of dollar coins. Now I understand why he wanted to fix my sandwich since I argued w/him at the beginning! He didn’t ask if I was eating in or take-out. He didn’t put my sandwich in a basket as they have always done since they opened here in Suncrest. That was the poorest service I’ve ever had in all my 65years. I probably will never go back!"
