"I'm really disappointed that I can't give this restaurant a zero-star rating. When I visited, there was a larger woman with glasses who lied to me, claiming that the new chicken bacon ranch was the same as the old version, just with more cheese. She didn't mention the extra $3 charge for it. When she made my wife’s pizza, she only added a tiny pinch of cheese, and when I asked for more, she complied but charged us for the extra. This employee is completely unhelpful. She lies to customers and restricts toppings, forcing you to request more and then charges you for it! When I pointed out the issue, all she did was apologize and tell me to look at the receipt. Her snarky attitude and dishonesty were unacceptable. Is this the kind of person you want representing your business? A high school kid who clearly doesn't care about your establishment? We won’t be returning to this store, and I've submitted a complaint to Subway, although I doubt it will make a difference. What a joke."

The footlong sandwich was smaller than expected. I ordered a tray, and I found it off-putting that the sandwich was individually wrapped.

Friendly staff, clean store, great product. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is hrs of store states they open at 9 am. I arrived at 9:57 am and doors were locked. Employee did catch me as I was getting back in car and I was able to order, but store was not yet ready for service.

I stopped by to grab a sandwich, but it seemed like the sandwich artist was absent today. I even joked that they should put out an APB! As soon as I walked in, they informed me that they were out of capicola. I asked them, half-jokingly, why they were still open. I suggested they call the boss to let him know.
