The store manager is quite unfriendly and only opens the restaurant at her convenience. I would suggest dining elsewhere.

The staff here is fantastic! They are very helpful and eager to assist. I'm planning to switch my regular store to this one. The food is absolutely delicious—so tasty!

Subway is not a great place. Today, the employee with dreadlocks who was working near the food kept shaking his head, as if he had an itch. He then used his gloved hand to scratch his hair, adjust his hat, and wipe his forehead. Immediately after, he dipped that same hand into the lettuce to add it to the bread. Absolutely disgusting, especially considering the menu options they offer.

The middle-aged Black woman working here was very rude. She swept crumbs off the counter using the same hand she was preparing food with. My steak and cheese sandwich was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had at Subway. She also displayed a very unpleasant attitude. I visited this restaurant on Sunday around 10:30 AM after church, and when I arrived, the lights were off, and the "Open" sign wasn't lit. I decided to call, but the woman who answered was rather rude. When I asked if they were open, she snapped at me, "I just haven't turned on the light yet—sorry to bother you at your job..." Once my group of six entered, we were completely ignored for five minutes. A staff member saw us come in but turned her back without saying a word. We eventually left. What has happened to this place?!

This is absolutely the worst subway known to man. I love subway always have. There are a few nice kids that work there but they aren’t open during their posted hours. There is an mid aged black woman (don’t know her name just trying to describe her) who works there and she is lazy! She is rude. I ordered online and she happened to be there and the cheese on my cheese steak was cold and my bf ordered a melt and it wasn’t melted. Do not buy food here. They are very rude and unprofessional. I just went in hoping for someone else and she is sitting there in the lobby area where customers sit on the phone… smh. If I could I would give them a zero.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered an Italian BMT but received it on white bread instead of the Italian herb and cheese I had requested. I only asked for pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes, but I got onions, peppers, cucumbers—everything except what I wanted. Additionally, I ordered a simple cheese and pepperoni sandwich without mayo, but I ended up with another Italian BMT loaded with extra mayo and cheese. I've honestly never had such a bad experience at Subway before. I tried to explain that I wanted Italian bread before I even took a look at the sandwich, as I heard her mention it was white, and she simply replied, "Sorry, I already made the sandwich." This...
