"After numerous disappointing experiences at various underground restaurants, I had low expectations when I decided to try this chain. However, the Winston location of Subway has exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in the franchise. After visiting on a regular basis for over a year, I can confidently say that I have never had a bad sandwich there. The ingredients are always fresh, crispy, and stored properly. The bread is consistently fresh and the staff is always efficient and friendly. I am grateful for their hard work and dedication, as it has truly made a positive impact on the community. Thank you for everything you do."

This is the best fast food restaurant in Winston. Service is always prompt, and for the price its a very nice atmosphere. Customer service is top notch.

my two sandwich artists were fabulous! I used to have subways in alabaster columbia alabama super job) if I have to give up, it's a big thing. keep them the great work

Since when did Subway start skimping on the amount of meat they put in their sandwiches? I recently ordered one and was shocked at how thin the meat slices were - it was almost as thin as a sheet of paper, bread included. Visualizza piatti

The mobile app did not clearly explain a 15% discount feature, and when I asked the manager for help navigating it, he only offered a discount for that one time. I am still experiencing difficulties in earning reward points and discounts.

Last two times I have been in there, one of the male staff members is just rude and makes me feel so uncomfortable. He both times made rude, and unnecessary comments. Its like man just be nice and make my sandwich, don't need u to make me feel uncomfortable. Highly do not recommend this place!!

The customer service at this underground establishment has been lacking in the past 2 months. While I typically understand if they are busy, it was disappointing to show up for a late dinner only to be turned away at 9:15 when they close at 10:00. We ended up going to the nearby Subway and had our meal finished before 9:50. Visualizza piatti

I walked into the staff members yelling at an older woman and her husband, from what I picked up among the yelling is she is blind and has some severe allergies and needed a list of ingredients to double check, the way these staff members behaved it’s disgusting then threaten to call cops after the woman apologized for having to ask this. Don’t recommend and that woman deserves to have her story told.

2 weeks in a row I ordered a footlong Italian BMT and both times I was given a BLT the first week I called and let them know but there App was having problems and the girl sad that's what the order came in as. So I kindly ask if she would make me a BMT and I'd be right there to pay for it. She told me she can't take orders over the phone. I have to try and use the app. This time I as told she could not make me the right one (even though the receipt showed BMT) because I had taken a couple of bits out of it. What has happened to good customer service.

"I had been to Thai Oishi a few times before, and we always loved it. A few months ago, I had ordered takeout and went to pick it up at the quoted time. They were busy, and their pick up area was over flowing. The staff was running around like crazy, and I saw my bag in the pickup area with my name on it. A lady walked by and she said Picking up? And I said Yes and told her my name. She grabbed my bag and told me to have a great day. I drove the 30 minutes back home and began unpacking my food only to realize I was missing half my order-two sushi rolls to be exact. I called Thai Oishi and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. I explained what I was missing and she told me that my order was sitting there waiting for me. I explained my interaction with the server and told her I was under the impression I had all of my order. She asked if I checked the bag there, I told her no, because my order was handed to me and I assumed everything was there. She told me it was my fault and asked if I was coming back for the rest of the food. I explained it was a 30 minute drive and asked if the food would be made fresh, because it would have been sitting there for an hour at this point. She told me no, they already made it and would not waste more food. I asked for a refund and told her I would not feel comfortable eating food that has been sitting out for an hour, so I would not be driving back. She told me that was my choice and no refund would be offered, because they made the food. She hung up the phone, and I was obviously very upset. I disputed the charge with my bank because I did not receive the food I had paid for. I did not dine there for months because of this interaction, until yesterday when I decided to get some takeout. I placed my order online like usual, and as I was walked to pick it up I received a phone call from Thai Oishi. The woman on the phone told me that I was banned from ever ordering from Thai Oishi again because of the chargeback, and my order was refunded. I am honestly in shock. In my opinion, the restaurant didn 't do the right thing with the original issue. I 'm not paying for something I didn 't receive but you refused to refund me. I did what was necessary to remedy the situation-an opportunity I gave to you initially. Now to be banned from ever ordering/dining again? I cannot, in good faith ever recommend this establishment to anyone, ever again. I hope no one else has to go through what I did, and I hope Thai Oishi takes some time to reflect on this and re-evaluate their reaction to the situation."
