"I loathe having to look at a QR menu on my phone. That is all they offer no real menus. Food was nothing more than what an ok diner offers. I paid roughly $30 for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The first one was cold, the person in the next table said his was too. I loved the grilled cheese but how can you mess that up? My daughters fancy drink was $50 and she just walked away with a sugary tummy ache. Our waiter was super sweet. The girl at the front was not as friendly as you would expect for a place like this but she didn't ruin our experience either, just blah all the way around."

We waited 45 minutes for our drinks, and our food was served before that. Unfortunately, the milkshakes were melted and warm.

Our lunch for four took two hours due to extremely slow service. While the food was good, the staff seemed hesitant to accept our Groupons. Overall, the experience was quite exhausting.

I think it's ridiculous that they automatically add 20% congratulate on their bill and then expect them to add 20% for a top. we went to many places with better service than we last night and more expensive and they did not add 20% automatically and we gave them 25% top.

it was empty, openly illuminated sitting everywhere and we sat in a dark corner and always looked over. the waitress even said: “Besorgung, I always forget that you two have fucked into the corner here”... that was possible to eat and the salat was “less is better” over saturated with all sauces. was very disappointed. Overall, the experience was positive, but it was disappointing to see that there was only one server for seven tables. That’s quite frustrating. For a full hour, he managed everything alone while attending to those seven tables! Despite having more tables than is reasonable, he still did his best to offer exceptional service. CT, you’re a superstar!

Be sure to check the location. The restaurant recently relocated but Maps did not update. The Harmon location is not nearly as nice as the Fashion Show location was but the menu is the same. Service was slooooowww but the surprise birthday sundae at the end made up for it. I’ll return for special occasions at my children’s request only. They love the milkshakes!
