Sunnyside Diner - Piatti

A cute little breakfast spot with typical diner comfort food. They also have cocktails. When they’re busy, it will take a while to get your food, but it’s worth the wait.

This is my family’s go to breakfast place on the weekends and vacation days during the week. INCREDIBLE food, INCREDIBLE staff, and pet friendly outside. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Even when there is a wait, it’s worth it.

Came here again and it took 30 minutes to get food. I don't think they can handle more than a few people.Just saw a family come and sit down for 10 minutes then get up and leave as no one served themLove this place. Server forgot our order. Waited nearly an hour outside in high temp and was not right when it came. They missed an entire entre from our party of 6. Then, we waited over 45 minutes for missing entre. No water refills during the wait. An extremely disfavorable dining experience. I will gladly spend my $100 elsewhere next time.

Visited on Labor Day and it was super busy but the staff was extremely kind and as timely as possible. We sat up at the counter space inside. Outside there are yard games too for added fun. If i could give this 0 stars I would but we waited at least 30 mins sitting at a table (outside, over 80° just to watch the waitress walk off and leave, while us and the recently seated have no menus, no drinks, and no help. Daughter got the cheese and berry toast and she loved it. It looked really good too. I got the oatmeal and it wasn’t cooked. It was just basically oats floating in milk. Super watery ? didn’t eat it. Atmosphere was super crowded, dirty, stressed staff and a little claustrophobic. Tried to call ahead to ask about gluten free options but no one answered so we decided to try anyways. No gluten free options at all. Oh well! You live and learn. ?

We dined in. It took almost an hour to get seated and get our food. The food was just 'meh '. The hashbrowns tasted like they had been sitting around for a while and were overcooked and hard. The blueberry lemon topping on the pancakes tasted odd. Really disappointing. No gluten-free pancake options. The server was really sweet, though. Save your money and make a better breakfast at home.Kid-friendliness: Cornhole, open space outside. Pet friendly, too.

My wife and I are foodies, so we know when we find a great place. Sunnyside was excellent. Great quality food, nice large portion sizes, wonderful service and great atmosphere. We went there with another family and there were 11 of us total, but the service was still prompt and very attentive. The kids meal breakfast plates were delicious, fresh, eggs cooked perfectly, and a good amount of food for the money. I had the green chiles breakfast burger and that was awesome as well.
