Chicken is always good and so are the sides. Good value. The whole family is full and happy. We always order before and sometimes screw up the order so You make sure you get what you wanted (so I give them 4* and not 5* .

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the app and received a message saying it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn't prepared. Despite showing my phone with the order details to the cashier, my order was not ready and I had to wait while others came in, paid, and left. I waited 20 minutes longer than expected with no explanation or apology. The chicken looked old and unappetizing, and the plantains were dried out. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits, where I had received good service and delicious food. I will be ordering from the Tysons location in the future. Goodbye Sterling Super Chicken.
