"This is my fourth time dining here, and the food is incredible! The pernil, in particular, is absolutely delicious. However, I have to be honest about our server, Nalani, who was quite rude tonight. She rushed us during our meal, and appeared to lack knowledge about the menu, which gave off a snobby vibe. It felt as though she didn’t want to be there at all. Her level of professionalism was disappointing, and it might be a good idea for someone to provide her with customer service training, as it was clearly lacking during our visit. We spent a significant amount of money, so it would have been nice to feel appreciated for our business. We will definitely return for the amazing food, but I cannot recommend this waitress at all."

This is my fourth time at this restaurant, and the food is amazing! The pernil, in particular, is delicious! However, I must be honest about our server, Nalani, who was quite rude tonight. She rushed us the entire time, and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. She came across as snobbish and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. It was very unprofessional, and I think someone should provide better customer service training because it was lacking during our visit. We spent a lot of money, so it would have been nice to feel appreciated for our business. We will definitely return for the fantastic food, but I wouldn't recommend this waitress at all.
