My favorite spot to visit with a group of friends. The fish is so fresh and the sushi rolls are absolutely delicious. The servers are always coming by and assisting in anything the clients need. I can't wait for my next visit.

10 dollar parking right from the start at a strip mall. Then food took forever for lunch. No one japanese chef at the bar and food was soooo mediocre I would never come back here. It was an institution back in the day. I don't even understand why people even come here now. Not to mention how dated the place is.

My recent visit to Sushi Katsu-Ya was superb, despite not having a reservation and a 30-minute wait, which was absolutely worth it. Manager Christine's exceptional service ensured our experience was peaceful and enjoyable. The sushi was delightful, showcasing fresh flavors and expert craftsmanship. This place has the worst manager, it's absolutely insane. The old Asian man is so mad all the time you can tell the guy is extremely miserable in his life he has the biggest power trip every time I come here the valet are pretty terrible at their jobs as well. They bumped my car into the trash can last time right in front of me after this I refused to let the same people touch my car and they refused to serve me because of it I've spent thousands of dollars here and tip everyone beyond 20% this place does not care about customer service or your business do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

At first, I was a bit annoyed about having to pay $10 for valet parking in a mostly empty lot. However, as soon as we stepped inside, the warm greeting from the staff quickly put me in a better mood, and we were seated right away at the bar. We decided to order a range of dishes to share, and I must say, we were truly impressed by the quality of the food and the overall value of the meal. We tried the corn tempura, shrimp and vegetable tempura, cucumber sunomono, honey hand roll, yellowtail collar, a selection of nigiri, and finished off with tamago. However, during our latest visit, after we had placed our orders, Koji confronted us in a power-hungry manner and declared that we were no longer welcome at the restaurant. When I asked for an explanation, he continued to assert that our food wouldn't be served and reaffirmed that we were unwelcome. It was disheartening to see such behavior from an older gentleman who is usually present on Sundays. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this restaurant over the past year and have never encountered such unprofessionalism in the dining industry.
