I love the Crispy Chicken salad and although I have gotten cheaper at the location in Oakland, the older Black gentleman that has served me at the register is worth the extra. He is pleasant and helpful and improves the entire lunch experience especially during the lunch rush.

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. It was my first time visiting and I was impressed with how they explained the process and allowed me to sample some flavors. I didn't even know this restaurant existed in my area. I highly recommend it and the atmosphere is great.

I was a first-time customer at this restaurant and found the food to be good and plentiful. However, the customer service could use some improvement. When the person taking my order asked how much dressing I wanted, I couldn't hear him and politely asked him to repeat the question. Unfortunately, I received a heavy eye roll and no response. It would be beneficial for them to work on being more friendly and improving their attitude. The food itself was excellent, though, with a rating of 5 out of 5.

This restaurant is a great option for a healthy meal that won't break the bank. I enjoy coming here for lunch and usually opt for a custom bowl with a kale and spring mix base, topped with a variety of cold and hot vegetables like edamame and avocado. The vegetables are always fresh and cooked perfectly. The service here is also excellent, with a friendly and efficient staff. However, be prepared for long lines during lunchtime on weekdays. The only downside is the lack of seating due to the restaurant's popularity. The prices are reasonable, with add-ons and a drink costing around $21.Overall, I find the quality and value of the food here to be worth it.

I hope I can share the picture I took of the fish salad delivered by uber eats from this restaurant for $17 today with the owner to find out what was the problem. That 's all the explanation needed... sadly. If I can 't post pic, well, in summary, the portion in the bowl was 30% full and very sparse and unappetizing. Salmon was spectacularly stale, absolutely tasteless. At least the dressings given were ample for the miniscule portion. If you really need to lose weight maybe this is a great force option, I just wanted to eat healthy.
