"This is the second time this has happened, even though there were several months in between. When I’m running late in the mornings, I sometimes prefer to grab breakfast instead of making it at home. I placed an online order to save time and money. Although this Taco Bell opens at 7 am and there was someone inside, I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes, well past 7:30 am, and no one attended to me. I had to leave without getting my breakfast. I canceled my order both times and ended up hungry."

Normally I love the spicy potato tacos on the value menu, but these came with almost no lettuce on shoe leather “soft shells”. Unfortunately I won’t be stopping again at this location anytime soon.

The store hours posted online and on the building are not accurate. I have mobile ordered from this restaurant twice while the business was supposedly open and got to the restaurant just to find out it was closed. No warnings or indications on the app it was closed. My card was already charged on both occasions and it took multiple days to receive a refund.
