Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.This is what was in my wife's taco she was so upset we haven't been back. I know mistakes happen but this is unacceptable. Never going back there I went there around 10pm to get food and I couldn’t hear them on the headset so I said hello and then another person I guess got on another headset and was saying what you want In a very rude way and they was laughing and stuff in the background making smart remarks so I called in there and asked to speak to a manger and they said that the manger was the one on the headset. They need to do better and fix their headsets and learn how to treat people with respect because that was very uncalled for!!

The last two visits are the best examples of why we will avoid going again. On our previous trip, we ordered the box that was the promotion for the month. We were told they were out. The last trip, they had them. When we got home with our order, there were no straws for the drinks, the food was cold and one of the boxes had the wrong item in it. If these were the only times this had happened, we could possibly overlook it. It has been more the norm than the exception in our experiences. They desperately need to train their staff.

Every time i visit this location which lately is about 3 times a week the food quality declines more and more. Sometimes the food ordered has no sauce or is missing an ingredient. They never have dr pepper and any of the other sodas ordered in place of Dr pepper is usually flat with no carbonation. The fryer is always down and they never have nacho fries. I have had to circle back around through the drive thru on several occasions as they have forgotten something in the order. As a result I'm going to find a new after work resturant to eat at. I know that people make mistakes but this happens every single time I go there and at this point I'm beginning to think that the employees don't care... Visualizza piatti
