To busy playing with everyone to worry about their customers! The food? Horrible!!

I waited 35 minutes for my pre-ordered meal, and the staff seemed clearly out of it. To top it off, my order was incorrect. This has been my experience every time I visit this location.

This place is a circus. At least a 20 minute wait for food. Worker was yelling at a guy who got his own cup when they forgot to give it to him. I stood up for the guy and they refused me service and kicked me Visualizza piatti

Depends on who's working. I've had super fresh food and amazing service through them, but here recently when we go the foods warm/cold almost. And the workers seem to be irritated when taking orders. The amount of sighs is insane.

How difficult is it to follow instructions and not put sour cream on something? Additionally, this is the only Taco Bell that can't prepare a 5 Layer Burrito as it should be, with the second wrap included. I will definitely not be coming back.

During my visit, there was a bit of a situation with the line, and some customers became upset. The restaurant was quite busy, but the staff remained friendly and composed. This is one of the better Taco Bells I've been to in central Ohio. However, every time I go through the drive-thru, they ask if I want sauce but never actually give it to me. I always have to ask for it again at the window. Honestly, I wish they wouldn't even ask because it’s disappointing to find it's not in the bag. I've had Taco Bell a few times without sauce just to find out.

I'm not sure if it's due to the passing years or the impact of COVID, but I've noticed that every single employee at this restaurant has been exceptionally friendly. It's rare to find such a high level of service from all the staff. I really hope this trend continues because it makes me appreciate the hospitality here even more than the food, which, let's be honest, is Taco Bell. But based on my experience, the food always seems fresh. Overall, this is one of the best places I've been to!

02/21/24 4:34PM Order #b5ba3f Order %285 All 3 of the hard shell tacos I received were stuck to at the bottom of the paper they were wrapped in. When taking the Taco out of the wrapper the whole bottom of the Taco peeled off on to the paper. The food was melded together and soggy.The chips were dumped out of the tiny bag in to the bag. I ended up feeding it to the birds. I have been eating @Taco Bell for over 50 years, both in Michigan and Ohio. This is why I was so Extremely disappointed in Toco Bell's Food. Visualizza piatti
