Really depends who is working. Also it seems like they will tell you they are out of items to get around doing there job.

My Mexican pizza was inedible and had a spoiled taste. The tortillas seemed like they had been sitting out for days or even weeks.

Lobby closed. Skimpy portions. Did not offer sauce. No napkins. No soft drinks available, only lemonade. Can I give negative points? Visualizza piatti

Hot as hell. No AC and no air flow. Got nauseous waiting for food so hot. Understaffed. Waited forever for service and then again for the the meal . Been at the hotel for a while and every time I have tried to eat here I have left and went to BK next door.

Delicious! I accidentally ordered a meatless taco and ended up going through the drive-thru a second time because it was so good. Everything was fresh. Danaisha and Marcus added to my experience with their warm southern hospitality, friendliness, and care. Happy birthday, Jesus!!!

I was on a quick work trip and was really impressed with the level of service at this restaurant. The food was warm and fresh, earning a solid 10/10 in my book. Had to repeat my order 4 times. Get to the window and was told the freezie machine is down. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and it came out of machine looking like tea. So ordered mountain dew and it is so watered down it's nasty. No one in drive through but me, they ask me to pull forward. I ordered 4 burittos and 2 nacho fries. It took over 10 minutes.

Great experience today food was great the chicken and chicken wings were perfect and the mood was great all smiles from the employees there unlike yesterday in which was horrible. I hate to post negativity but the Manager yesterday was horrible speaking to his employees like there animals it's sad to see tears in a workers eyes and there working so hard but today all smiles.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I made the unfortunate choice to stop by with my family last weekend, and describing it as a terrible experience would be an understatement. Our order was incorrect, and the staff insisted that we had ordered items we did not. Resolving the issue felt like pulling teeth. One employee didn’t seem to know where the taco sauce was, which wouldn't have been a problem if it were available for customers to access like it is at a typical Taco Bell. I definitely won’t be returning, and I might even consider giving up "fast" food altogether. There are so many better dining options out there. Visualizza piatti
