"Very kind and helpful staff. I enjoyed their genuine, nice customer service. The place is quiet, very lit up brightly, it is small and cozy, as well as organized and clean. *Note: please only enter through the front door. There is a (I believe it's called a 5 star membership app on their tablet before you order and you can just put your phone number in to add points and redeem discounts or free items. I got to redeem half off my drink today. I got a hot coffee with condensed milk. It tasted really good. I think for next time I will request a bit more cream and sweetner, because the roast is more bitter than I typically tend to enjoy, however I do tend to have a sweet tooth and it was still prepared very well. The food also came out nice and hot to order. I ordered the fish plate. I never ordered this dish, but im plesantly surpised and extremely happy with the price as well as quality of the food. Based off taste and experience of other cafe food, I believe it came with: a crispy fried fish, beautifully garnished with a delicious slice lf cliantro, on a bed of rice, with a tastey layer of ground beef in between, a tea egg, mapo tofu, and string beans. The string beans were cooked perfectly and a vibrant, healthy, lime green. It tasted as delicious and appetizing as it looked. Greens are meant to be enjoyed at it's best like so; seasoned perfectly, fresh, crunchy, and delicious. The rice is nice and fluffy. The ground beef added subtle and nice texture. What I believed was mapo tofu was a perfect amount of mild spicy maybe about a 3 out of 10? (Level of spice. It was a little too salty for my taste, possibly more soy sauce than I am used to, however combining with everything else, it was balanced out, and still tasted very great! The fish was light and crispy. Everything tasted very fresh and amazing. I definitely would love to enjoy this dish again, as well as support the wonderful staff that work here. Thank you for an amazing experience of delicious food, drinks and service all around!"

Unfortunately my Thai iced tea snow bubble wasnt good. The drink is just chunks or ice that weren't blended properly.

Food order was not what we requested. We wanted medium spicy they gave us no spicy. Also most of the fried dishes are soggy and dry. The jasmine tea is too sweet. Normally 75% is enough but this time its too sweet Visualizza piatti

This is my favorite spot for a delicious Strawberry Frosty Milk. I always order it with mini Boba, and I haven't found another place that offers mini Boba. The staff is consistently attentive and friendly. We always make an effort to come here, and it never disappoints!

In terms of my ratings: - Service: 5 stars - Fish cake: 2 stars (it was over-fried) - Popcorn chicken: 4 stars (though the rice was disappointing; it needed to be cooked with less water) The side dishes were fine, and overall, it was a great deal for the price. I also received a complimentary tea with my order, which was a nice touch.

I used to have a Tapioca Express in Mira Mesa but I'm glad there's one here. I think that the company did a great job of delivering service in my town and will definitely support this location for now on. The drinks are amazingly crafted and good. I like the quality of the teas and coffee offered and the new POS system is appreciated. Exceptionally crafted drinks and food. . Visualizza piatti

The quality of everything—tea, food, and even the cups—was extremely poor. First, I ordered a foam tea drink with half the usual sugar, but it was so sweet that I ended up adding my own unsweetened tea to it. Then, as I tried to put the lid back on, the flimsy cup collapsed, causing everything to spill all over my work desk. I spent 25 minutes cleaning up the mess, wiping down my carpet, computer, desk, and notes. Unfortunately, the spilled tea even contaminated the food I had purchased there, forcing me to throw it away. It was a total waste of time and money.

I ordered the milk foam cap matcha latte, and it came out to 4.50+, and apparently I can't use my credit card for purchases under $5, so now I have to get an additional order that I don't want. I ordered the Formosa sausage, and it was such a waste of money spending almost $12 for both crappy items. The Formosa sausage was so dry and tasted like plastic, as if it was recooked a few times. It looked really shiny and just hard. It also took a lot longer than other orders for some reason. The matcha latte tasted horrible; pretty sure I've had matcha latte here without milk tea, and just the matcha and milk, but not being a fan of milk tea, this drink was a dump. This entire experience was horri...

"To start, I had the Lobster Bisque, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Each spoonful had bits of lobster that were perfectly cooked. The table also ordered Sourdough and Garlic Bread. The portions were decent, but with seven of us dining, one order wasn't quite enough. However, both the garlic bread and the sourdough were absolutely delicious. My husband and I decided to share the 2.5 lb Porterhouse steak. We requested it to be cooked Medium Well, and it arrived exactly as we wanted. It was amusing when the other diners received their steaks on plates adorned with a little salad and carrots, while we got empty plates with just a small salad and some carrots. Then, the waiter surprised us with a massive platter, reminiscent of a Thanksgiving feast, holding our generous portion of steak. The Porterhouse included both New York Strip and Filet Mignon—plenty for two, possibly three. As a group, we ordered several sides to share, and they were enormous! We had Mac n Cheese, Truffle Mac n Cheese (the best option), Lobster Mashed Potatoes (so delicious), Sugar Snap Peas (which I heard were great), Asparagus, and Scalloped Potatoes. It was fantastic to sample a variety of sides, and I'm glad we all chose different ones. When we ordered our meals, we were informed that if we wanted the soufflé for dessert, we had to do it right away—and it was big enough to share! We decided to get two: one Chocolate and one Grand Marnier. They were each the size of a small birthday cake meant for four! Unsurprisingly, we devoured both, and they were spectacular, served with a side of cream. The check for dinner for seven came to $667, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Oh, and I also tried a drink called "Grounds for Divorce" which I highly recommend—the ice cube in it is exceptional!"

"Got in little late decided to UberEATS some food from this new Vietnamese restaurant. Flavors pretty solid but not best execution I 've had. ITEM 'S ORDERED: Garlic Noodle w/ Shaken Beef Spicy Basil Chicken w/ Rice TASTE: Garlic Noodle w/ Shaken Beef was executed ok. The beef being filet mignon was not as tender as expected, but not so bad. Has a more tame savory black pepper flavor with just a hint of sweetness. The noodles seemed either a little too al dente or maybe somewhat stale or old. Garlic flavor was a little too weak but not a bad flavor overall. There 's green red bell peppers as well as cilantro. Spicy Basil Chicken w/ Rice was the winner in this meal. Very well seasoned flavorful. Savory, but not overly salty actually quite spicy as you continue to eat. Glad the rice was not overcooked pairs well with the very flavorful sauce. There 's green red bell peppers as well as cilantro in this one as well. Both entrees come with a little romaine lettuce side salad with tomatoes pickled radish carrots. Lightly sweet, vinegary mayo dress dressing which I liked. I did not like the ends of the romaine hearts being in there. They should always be discarded. Everything was overly oily/greasy to the point you can just feel it all in your lips as you keep eating. At least it 's all quite flavorful since it 's really bad when it 's all oily lacking in flavor. Everything was quite hot when it arrived. Did not have to reheat anything. I do live close to this restaurant though. SERVICE, LOCATION PARKING: UberEATS order so no direct comments on service. All the food was packed well I like that they gave garlic chili sauce which pairs well with these foods. They are located in that somewhat new strip mall right across Costco off of Commonwealth Date. You can enter on either of those streets. There 's a shared parking lot which is usually easy to find a spot in. But it 's still usually busy in there since the parking lot is not really big enough for all the businesses there. Food was not a complete fail flavors were mainly solid so I 'm not opposed to getting food here again. Plus I 'm just so close to it as well."
