This is by far the best Indian/Nepalese food in Pocatello! They are happy to make spice level adjustments which I appreciate since I have very low spice tolerance. My go-to meal is the mild chicken vindaloo with aloo naan which I highly recommend! My only complaint is the lack of ambient music. Years later after traveling and eating at similar style food places, I have to mention that Taste of India Nepal has the best food in Pocatello, but maybe even in the country. The owners are really down to earth and the atmosphere is one of a kind. I’ve tried so many dishes there and everything always had the best quality for really decent prices. My wife and I had the malai chicken tonight and it was FANTASTIC. The staff is all from Nepal and India so the food, music, and atmosphere all seem authentic. We plan to come back to try other menu items. The naan and mango lassi were also wonderful.
