"This place is very close to my friend's new apartment, doubt I'll be back however. Boba was watered down so I couldn't taste the milk. It came extremely full and I might have even preferred more air than ice. Some of the pearls were also a bit hard. It was right before close and I should have tipped but I'm kind of glad I didn't. Originally I blamed the staff entirely, now I'm ashamed to have overthought their intentions. Probably just bad luck. I'm also learning my lesson, in general pay for no ice, it's simpler and what I like best. 3 stars because the boss shows concern."

They are always out of everything when we come, super annoying. The workers are nice though and its clean. No food choices.

Cute little place next to a Mexican restaurant and a laundry service.Fast service and good tea.Tapioca is great, v Q exactly how it is supposed to be.. and slightly sweetened as it should be.

Waited 30 mins just for 2 drinks. The 2 staff did not even recognize customers coming in. Poor customer service. The girl doesn’t look happy to work here. Today I the Pina Colada Smoothie with Rainbow Jelly tasted great on hot day pretty basic will be back to try Latte's will update review accordingly. Helpful friendly staff they let me use the regular tap to pay instead of the one closest to the door sometimes I can be technology challenged.Parking: Medium sizish lot probably gets crowded on weekdays.

Ocean Potion half 50% was very pretty, not the biggest fan of the milk tea. The main flavor was the taste of the creamer, maybe 100% sweet would cover it. Fun to get once. Boba is extra and it was kinda hard but not badRefreshing Lychee with lychee was very pleasant. 25% sweet was plenty sweet and the better drink of the two.
