"I typically don't write reviews unless I have something positive to share, but my experience today was exceptionally disappointing. The manager, Jenny, was quite rude. We waited a long time for our food despite the parking lot not being busy, and we had parked right at the front. When my steak finally arrived, it was very cold. The waitress was apologetic and said they would remake it for us. Given the long wait, she offered to remove the cold steak from our bill. When she brought the new plate, she apologized again. However, when we received our bill, I saw I was charged for the second plate. The manager explained that she removed the charge for the cold steak but had to charge me for the second one since I had eaten it. She insisted that only she had the authority to adjust the bill, not the waitress. I explained that I hadn’t eaten it because I wasn’t hungry anymore, to which she responded, “I’ll take it off, but leave it on the table!” She raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me, which I found completely unacceptable from a manager. I've never experienced anything like it before. I left the steak on the table and decided I would never return."

The Hand-Cut Ribeye was delightful, and the Blossom Petals were great too. The only downside was that they forgot the kickin sauce for the petals. Otherwise, it was an amazing meal!

**Parking:** There's ample parking available. **Kid-friendliness:** The staff is very friendly and welcoming to children. **Wheelchair accessibility:** There is plenty of space for wheelchair users.

My recent visit to Texas Steakhouse was fantastic. The food was delicious, but the highlight of my experience was my server, Carson. He was attentive and handled everything perfectly. I definitely plan to return and will be sure to request Carson each time.

I typically love Texas Steakhouse, but today I ordered the beef tips (med rare) and they were so tough they were inedible. The Hand-Cut Ribeye was fantastic and prepared just as I requested. Unfortunately, the ribs were dry and tough, making most of them inedible. The Caesar salad was simply lettuce served with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations!

It's been a long hard road ? I drove seven hundred miles and then I saw a sign that said, texas steakhouse saloon. Had a pretty decent meal with a lg pour glass of pinot grigio for $35. The service from Brandy at the bar was spot on. And, brandy, the bartender, hooked me up with a nice room right behind the restaurant for $67. I will definitely make this my regular stop from New York to Florida and back, a trip I make often.
