Very tasty food. Excellent presentation. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Neat neighborhood scene. Highly recommended. The place has potential.

The service at this restaurant was awful. They brought me the wrong items and charged me for things I never received. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Great food! Haven't been to a TGI's in forever, they really stepped up thete game. Ordered the Chicken and Cheese with mashed potatoes and the Whisky glazed chicken with broccoli. Food was delicious!

Went to Friday’s today for dinner with my lady and I and had a great experience. Waiter Corey and waitress RO we’re very polite and great customer service and showed us all the specials they had. We will definitely be back. They definitely made up for our first experience! Thanks guys

Six of us went for a light dinner after a show. We shared appetizers, all of which were super! My brother had a salad (arugula, red and yellow beets, pistachios and creme fraiche) which he declared the best he'd ever eaten. Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. This was our second time at Thea, taking our son and his wife. They ordered the arancini since she's from Tuscany, and even with her high bar, they loved it. My wife had the pasta with seafood and really enjoyed it . Our son had ordered the veal Milanese but missed the last one, so chose the chicken Milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, all of which were generous and very flavorful. The only glitch in service was they were short of chilled white wine "buckets", so we ad libbed with good old ice around the (byob) bottle. Otherwise, our server and trainee took great care of us.

We had made a reservation for New Year's Eve to grab a quick bite, but upon arriving, the hostess shouted at us to wait for 20 minutes. Despite mentioning our reservation, she rudely informed us that they don't take reservations on holidays. Feeling hungry, we decided to wait and noticed several empty tables (likely due to short staffing) and the hostess being unfriendly to other guests. The customer service was lackluster, and our waiter was decent but not very attentive, possibly due to being short-staffed as well. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par, and the overall service was so poor that we do not plan on returning.

The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the...
