"What a loyal local crowd! We stopped by while passing through town and found the line stretching out the door. Their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is incredibly soft and warm, while the donuts are equally tender. The Boston cream filling was rich and tasted homemade. The shelves are neatly lined with freshly sliced loaves and rolls, and the pastry case is filled with beautiful cupcakes and a selection of other pastries that I imagine are also of good quality. Although the line moved a bit slowly, the coffee was just average, and the donut selection was limited, it's clear that they are well-established and know how to satisfy their customers. The place is charming, featuring a large dough trough table, an impressive vintage sign, and original photographs that add a nostalgic vibe. While the biblical quotes on the walls and signs aren’t my personal taste, they didn't detract from my enjoyment of the sandwich at all! As for parking, there’s plenty available, especially in the early morning."

"We tried this place for the first time, was really excited to see that they had belly dancing but I guess that’s only on Saturday evenings. Anyways was also excited to try Turkish food for the first time. Overall a great experience. Loved the Turkish tea. We ordered the vegetarian borek as the appetizer which was great, and mixed grill platter as the entree which had Chicken shish, lamb shish, kofte, adana and doner. We didn’t quite like the doner and found it to be dry but other than this, everything else was really good. We then tried 4 types of desserts (3 were to-go), kunefe which was excellent, baklava which was excellent, sutlac which was okay and revani which was excellent. Don’t forget to check out the sweet box by the door which has a lot more different types of baklavas looked like. These items weren’t there on the menu so I wish it was there too so we could order it at the table too."

"I want to preface this review by saying how amazing our wait staff was during our recent dining/lunch experience. Our waiter whose name I believe began with T) was friendly and inviting...He was a pleasure!! Onto the meal,...my dining partner had an amazing meal called the Tootsie Roll with steak pictured below).Absolutely incredible..steak was cooked to perfection! I had the Taco Salad with Veggie mix..total disappointment. It was mushy and lacking any flavor. I believe they forgot the cheese. I mentioned it to one of the wait staff and they stated that the cheese was on the bottom .However it was not.. It included Tomatoes which I assume was the huge slice of tomato wedge place neatly on the bottom of my salad. As far as the taco shell bowl that was fried well. I would most definitely recommend the Tootsie Roll ...however you should probably skip the taco salad."

"Outdoor parties are big at this time of the year, so I will make a few posts by popular caterers. Frankie's Family Restaurant is one of them, with their famous hot dogs on the backyard, along with hamburgers, onion rings and fries. The staff uses a grill, a double freezer and folding tables for plates, plastic and toppings. We went to a birthday party yesterday that Frankie used for her event, and the food was exactly what you want in a sunny afternoon. The crowd went through many hot dogs and burgers, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. In any case, a fun option for hosts who do not want to cook for a meeting themselves. That's the other Frankie's a restaurant in an outdoor shopping mall. We prefer the original drinks stand with outdoor seating, but the food is just as good. Although it poured rain and mother's day, it was packed when we came in. There were no seats available as we waited in the line, but some opened until the time of our order. Two original foot long hot dogs and one order of onion rings. Although they have over a dozen ways to order a hot dog, burgers, lobster rolls, fried shrimps and mussels and sandwiches are also available. Free popcorn. The decoration inside is very amusing. The small kitchen is packed from floor to ceiling with old family photos and paintings, nostalgic items from the past, collector pieces, patriotic tribute boxes, ceiling furniture, etc."

"Many flavors to choose from which made my first time pretty difficult to order. We got the graham jam, rum and raisin, Grapenut and pistachio. The pistachio was my least favorite of the 4 but we went back to try other flavors which were also good. They make their own waffle cones which was not good to me but my spouse liked it. In my opinion it is super sweet and too thick. Plenty of parking around the store and seating areas outside as well to enjoy the weather. There is handicap parking and a ramp for entry. The interior is very nostalgic and original with the seating area and decor. There are a few grab and go fridges with prepackaged ice cream and ice cream sandwiches.
