"This pub style restaurant has a great feel and ambiance. The layout is a traditional bar style restaurant with an expanded room for more tables. We felt like it was very spacious and had privacy while we were here. The service was great, and the waitress was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was a solid 4 stars for the quality of the cook and also flavors of the dish. The wings looked amazing, and the blackened cod had a great texture and kick to it. I will be back again to try more of their food. Highly recommended!"

Me and my team went for a meeting around noon. It started to get busy but that did not affect our service. The food was of high quality. Prices were reasonable and everything tasted so good!

What a great place for food! We went for a lunch and got their Brickhouse Pizza and it was very good! The overall atmosphere and service was great as well! The other people in my party got the burger and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be going back for food

Fun restaurant and a big fun bar in a college setting. The food and service were great. We are in the bar area and beer was cheap. The food selection is very good and there are some fun choices. I had the Mac and cheese as a side and it was one of the better Mac and cheese's I have had. Visualizza piatti

The food was fantastic. I got the salmon sandwich for lunch and it was cooked perfectly. Service was good, though I wouldn 't classify it as great but I think that is just the sign of the times we live in and hopefully improves in the years ahead. The food is what we came for though, so that 's why I 'm sticking with the five-star rating all in all.

We have eaten here in the past and the food has always been alright, nothing to rave over. We came here Thursday for dinner and I ordered the chicken mushroom risotto. I got violently ill that night/early morning and was in the bathroom for 2 days straight. I see someone else posted that they recently got ill as well. I’m not sure what’s going on here but they need to start handling their food better. Awful.

For what it is—casual American cuisine featuring burgers, sandwiches, a few pasta dishes, and pizzas—I find it quite good and reasonably priced. The beer selection on tap is quite nice, and I appreciate the interior design and ambiance. I've lived in the area for just over ten years, and while I can't say I've ever gone out of my way to visit Brickhouse, I'm always pleased to meet friends here. It's a solid place to hang out. We've been visiting this restaurant for years and continue to love it. There's ample space at the bar, along with a semi-private party room. The bar area is equipped with plenty of TVs for football and other sports events. The wings and pizza are incredible, so you really can't go wrong with either. They usually offer drink specials as well. During the summer, the patio is the ideal spot to relax. We highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!

This spot offers hand-tossed pizza and is one of the few bars in Davidson. The pizza was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the beer was served cold. The menu features a good variety of options, including choices for kids. They also have a nice selection of beers on tap. The ambiance is decent—it seems to be in a converted warehouse or manufacturing space, and while the high ceilings, brick walls, and wooden floors are appealing, the decor has a distinctly 1990s feel. We definitely plan to come back for more drinks and pizza!

"However, when a waitress approached us shortly after we had sat down with our second plates and asked us to pay, I was caught off guard. I had a mouthful of samosa and gestured to her that I couldn’t speak at the moment, hoping she would take the hint and come back later, but she didn’t. Once I was able to swallow, I reminded her that we thought there was no rush. Surprisingly, she responded with, "You don’t want to pay?" Feeling a bit irritated by her timing, I said it was fine, and I would pay now. When I did pay, she didn’t even acknowledge it with a thank you. Afterward, the table next to us commented on how they saw the whole incident and mentioned that this is how payment is typically collected there. A gentleman from that table, who was born and raised in India, explained that this aggressive approach to collecting payment is a cultural norm. In India, he said, people often negotiate the bill only after finishing their meal, which makes servers a bit defensive about payments. I understand that different cultures shape our behaviors, but that situation left me feeling somewhat embarrassed, which was unfortunate because the food was amazing. I had been craving Indian cuisine since moving here from New York about two years ago. I’d love to come back with my parents, but I might suggest paying upfront to avoid the awkwardness. I gave the restaurant another chance, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed for a few reasons. We arrived at 1 PM on a Saturday, and since lunch is served until 3 PM, I expected a good selection. However, there was very little food left—no samosas, no chicken in the Tikka Masala, and most other dishes were similarly depleted. I asked the owner if they planned to prepare more, and he assured me they were cooking additional items that would be out soon. Twenty-five minutes later, they finally began bringing out some food, but it felt like too little too late. Several other guests even left after seeing the buffet. The owner explained that they hadn't been busy earlier, so they hadn’t prepared much food. While I understand not wanting to overprepare, if you’re open for business, you should be able to serve customers. Otherwise, it might be better to close for the day. I left feeling very disappointed and don’t think we’ll be returning."
