"Tonight we went to the cafe for dinner... We lucked out and got a reservation for all 9 of us. Great atmosphere and the staff went above and beyond for us. We are a picky eater group, I only eat meat,we had a vegan and a child. I ordered the Bolo...DELICIOUS ! We had 3 orders of the Lobster Mac n cheese, 2 ribeyes a Cornish game hen and vegan dish. Everyone cleared their plates, once again DELICIOUS! Our waitress was just so nice and the whole staff seem to be on point.Thanks for a lovely evening ????????"

Great food, and lovely service. I like to say that the Cafe would be fantastic no matter what city it was in but it is a true Trinity county gem and we are so fortunate to have Chef Scott and his staff in the mountains with us

The atmosphere belies the sensational food, for sure. Food good enough to give me goose bumps. The service was great. The food came out quickly and was of a standard I'd expect in some Metropolitan city. I'm shocked to find this little gem hidden away in them thar heyals. Lucky locals. The BEST Cheese Board we've ever had! They took it to the next level. We, also, had the Duck with Spaetzle and asparagus. That was awesome, too. The dessert was Chocolate Mocha Creme Brulee....there is no need to say anymore ???? Absolutely, one of the best dinners I've had the pleasure of eating in a long time! A Salute to the chef ????

Omg omg omg ....... I just cannot say enough about this place. From the chef to the wait staff you are all top notch! We recently went for my friends birthday dinner. We were having such a great evening outside on the patio that we never realized they had been closed for almost an hour yet they never asked us to leave. The food was on point and we will continue to bring our friends and introduce them to this little gem! Don’t let the name fool you this is fine dining not cafe style food!
