what a great place to get a delicious, casual Deli style food! everything was good! her packings and salads can not be beaten and there is something for any palette. faster, friendly service.

Food is just as delicious as I remember. I haven't eaten here in about 15 years since my move to NYC. I was here in NC visiting and this place was one of my main stops. Glad I came. I enjoyed more than I can remember. Great job and nice staff ?

Haven’t dined here in months so decided this past Thursday to give it a run. It took me 30-40 mins to get a roast beef sandwich after ordered- 1.25 hour experience for lunch- in a deli. I think this place is staffed entirely by highschool age kids, and all food is served out of big premade portions. This is just fine except I found I was paying around $40 for one and a half sandwiches, two sides, and two beers. The bread was stale and the potato salad had no discernable flavor. Kind of mediocre Safeway sandwich but 3x the price

This is FRESH homemade goodness all in one place! When you are talking about old school homecoming by grandma or mom, this is it! We absolutely loved it and a dear friend of my husband's said she knows many people who eat here for every meal. They also sell out of all their salads every day. I believe the lady said they sell 130-140 pounds of each a day!!! That speaks volumes. Plus they are friendly, accommodating and happy to serve you!

I just love the Carving Board and have since my friend introduced me years ago. My favorite sandwich is grilled chicken on a croissant with melted cheddar, bacon, lettuce, avocado, and red pepper Mayo. Their tortellini salad is my favorite but I?ve never had anything I didn?t like from Carving Board. The first impression is everything in business! And my first impression of this restaurant was fantastic. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I had a chance to chat with the staff and get to know a bit about the restaurant. They have been in business for over 20 years and people drive over an hour just to dine here. The menu has a great variety of options and I saw many dishes I would love to try. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by for lunch.

I came here on 1/18/21 around 4:20pm with a couple friends. One friend wanted to come here to get some spicy noodles. The restaurant was clean. Staff were wearing masks and they are required by guest. We didn?t sit down to eat or anything. However, you can come it. I got to try the spicy noodles. They were good, but cold. The Carving Board Experience (Pick-Up Edition). It is hard for me to summarize this place because there are so many things you can select to eat. However, if pasta salads are your thing, this is your place. They have tuna salad, chicken salad, pasta salad, and Caprese salad, to name a few. In addition, you can get sandwiches, soups, or a slice of quiche if you like.So on this day, I placed my order for their three salad plate. I selected fruit salad, chicken salad, and bowtie pasta salad. I like this place because if you choose a salad of sorts, you can put your food in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
