"This place doesn't always get great reviews, so wanted to make sure everyone knew our trip here was fantastic! The wait staff, for the second time in a row were excellent! The Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken with brown rice was unique(I wasn't sure what toexpect) and was wonderfully spiced! The shrimp and chicken were very tender. And the luncheon salad was excellent as well, andstill too big to finish But the finishing touches-our cheesecakes to go were heaven! The Reese's was our favorite with the OreoCookie Cheese cake coming in a close second. Will definitely be back!"

It was good.Our wait was an hour so we walked the mall for about a half hour. Everything was very good for this chain store. Very overpriced. The service was nice and quick. Visualizza piatti

The chicken littles were hot and perfect and crsipy. The pasta was superb and the drink wes not only delicious but packaged securely with straw and cup sealed. Perfect order.

The quality of food when you order off Doordash is terrible. Do you guys not care about door dash orders. Chicken madeira was a little burnt and dry. Macaroni balls were a little burnt. No bread.

Who doesn?t love ?? the Cheesecake Factory??? ???? This location is located in Philadelphia's northern suburbs, Willow Grove, PA which is in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It?s in the mall ???? loop. Of course the menu is huge . This time I had the cheeseburger ???? egg roll appetizer before my main course and they were delicious! We had the red sangria ???? with dinner???? which was good as well. It wasn?t too crowded and we were seated pretty quickly. I would return to this location.

My family and I went here just a few days ago and our server Nicole was such a sweetheart You could tell she had the Southern mannerisms Betty was the food runner she has such a beautiful demeanor I think I may have gotten her in trouble I just enjoy talking with people. But I have always had great service here and the food is amazing . To the 1 Manager having young people who are in fact people oriented is a because we all know that today young folk don’t wanna be bothered and just do their job . You have great young people there and I appreciate it.

"I visited George's Market to return some items and buy fresh salads from their salad bar. As a new customer, I decided to give it a try but two incidents left me with a negative impression. Firstly, the lady at the customer service desk was not very friendly when I wanted to return opened but lightly used items. Instead of explaining the store policy kindly, she was rather abrupt. Secondly, when I tried to take home some empty plastic containers for my salads, I was surprised to learn that they were not free. The woman at the register was unfriendly when she saw them in my cart and informed me that they cost $1.25 each. I explained that I was unaware of this policy but she was still abrupt. Despite the store's beauty, the poor customer service has deterred me from making it my regular grocery shopping destination."

"We began our meal with appetizers, which were served quickly. The calamari was a favorite, and the bruschetta was delicious. However, the burrata cheese paired with tomatoes, beets, prosciutto, and a balsamic drizzle was absolutely fabulous. Our party of six shared three appetizers, which were just enough. Two members ordered the lobster ravioli, which they found delightful, while another two enjoyed rigatoni with vodka sauce—one with chicken and the other with shrimp—and both declared it excellent. One guest opted for the lamb special, which came with creamy risotto that was to die for; several people at the table wished they had ordered it as well. Another person tried the chicken and orzo soup, praising it as delicious, and followed it up with a beautifully presented chicken Caesar salad. Overall, we had a lovely evening and are eager to return for another visit."

"I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for pizza and wings, using a voucher that was advertised on their website. The coupon was accepted, and my order went through smoothly. However, just ten minutes later, I received a call from the store informing me that they could not honor the voucher. I pointed out that it was listed on their website, but the caller was quite rude, insisting that the order would cost an additional $10 for the wings. He even suggested that I could cancel my order if I wanted to. When I explained that I couldn't accept a partial order and asked them to cancel everything, he responded with an inappropriate remark and hung up on me. I was completely shocked by the way I was treated. I would never want to return to a place that treats customers like this. Never again."

"I went here after work to get pad Thai and I ordered it to go. When I ordered it online, it told me how long it would take, which was about 30 minutes, but it never notified me when it was ready. By the time I got there, the restaurant was suspiciously empty (especially around 5 o'clock in the afternoon). The staff was extremely nice and the transaction of me picking up my to-go item was very easy. When I got home and tried this pad Thai, I was very disappointed. There was no flavor at all and the chicken that I had included in my pad Thai had a suspicious smell. Because of all those things I threw it out since I didn't want to risk it. I'm not saying this place is bad. Maybe there are other things that are a lot better but on my perspective on the pad Thai, just don't get it, it's really not worth it."

"Celebrating my partners birthday with family and friends and decided to try Masala Zone. We all enjoyed the meal and the service. For appetizers we ordered the Vegetarian Platter, a nice mix of deep fried small bites and a Crispy Chili Corn which we never received and the servers didn't seem to be interested in providing. We did receive a Chicken 65 plate which for the vegetarians did not work. For our main entrees we ordered a Paneer Tikka Masala which was very good. A Thai Fish Curry which our friend enjoyed. A Matar Paneer which I ordered and enjoyed, thinking the spices could have been a bit stronger. A Lamb Tikka Masala which our son loved and a Channa Masala which was good. For bread we tried the Butter Naan, Lacha Paratha and Kashmiri Naan, all were quite good. Nice experience. Spices were a bit light."
