The food was cooked perfectly. The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. We love this place.

Our waiter and the entire staff were amazing. We had my elderly mom with us and they were super nice to accommodate her wheelchair. The food was delicious ... we all filled up on the delicious spinach and queso dip.

I recently had a business dinner at this restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The tables were a bit close together, making it a bit loud at times. The cocktails were really good. I plan on returning, but hopefully next time I can get a more private table. Visualizza piatti

Had a pleasant time here. Our waiter lu was a really great server and seriously looked after our table . The prime rib was done perfectly .the ribs were delicious as well. I even enjoyed the side salad .the drinks were plentiful. It's definitely one of the better places in the area . If you happen to be in kingsport, this location is doing good things .

This is a wonderful place to enjoy a tasty meal. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was our server, Christopher. He was outstanding in recommending the daily specials and was very attentive. He refilled our drinks without us having to ask and ensured our food was served at the right times. He was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely request him for future visits.

Every time we have eaten in the Kingsport location, we have received both excellent service and food. They have some of the best steak. Everything from appetizers and sides to desserts are top notch. They also have good bread and honey butter. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a really high quality meal even if it is a bit pricey. You will pay for what you get and will not be disappointed. This is one of the only steaks that we haven't had to season or use sauce as the flavor and also texture is on point. Visualizza piatti

Disappointed. Host seemed bothered we were there. Waitress was nice and friendly. No water refill(in fairness wife's tea was). Mahi Mahi was good not excellent however the pilaf was better than anywhere else id had it. Filet medallions were terrible. The bacon jam was not my favorite but to another pallet may have been great. However the meat itself was entirely reliant on the jam for flavor and lacked any standalone seasoning. Ordered rare but was closer to medium. The atmosphere was lacking. The music selection was depressing and the air seemed warm borderline humid. My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary this evening at the Kingsport, TN location. We were immediately given our table (during a prime hour) couldn't have asked for a better server, Austin. He was pleasant had a great personality! He provided recommendations, all which exceeded our expectation(s)...drinks, appetizer, entrees/sides a complimentary dessert for our special occasion. My husband has business experience in restaurants, so he was exceptionally pleased by Austin's skill and hospitality, along with the quality and presentation of our ordered items(I was impressed myself). Unfortunately our experience at Chop House this past week was not great, which isn't typical. The service was all over the place and multiple mistakes were made. The server started out with forgetting to bring a drink to one of us and he didn't get it until we were eating the meal (he did have a water to drink while he waited). My husband and I usually order a large rice we and split it, adding on a couple of sides, otherwise we don't finish the meal and some is wasted. The order was a ribeye medium, salad with ranch, baked potato and mushrooms and an extra plate.
