Someone posted about the clam chowder and that's what I ordered. WOW! So good! Full of clams. Soft potatoes. No celery. No salt, pepper or hot sauce needed. 2 wonderful women working on a Wednesday at 5pm. Both so polite, positive and great at what they do.

In my opinion, there is no better place in the city than this place. It has great food, great tasting cold (real) Guiness, child-friendly, freendly staff and owner. You can't make meals here. In my honest opinion, there is no better place in town than this restaurant. The food is excellent, the Guinness is cold and delicious, and the staff and owner are friendly. You can't go wrong with any dish on the menu. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering lollipops as a special treat for children. Parking is easy to find and the service is great. I was very upset when I went to this Pub that I used to enjoy for many years. The owner insulted me and my wife for talking at the bar. I was being cordial and extroverted and went for a meal drinks to show my English Wifey from Liverpool this favorite pub. I must say now this pub is now Woke and not the pub and bar that I am used to. I will never ever go back even if I am a local. Mike needs understand people go out to bars to socialize.
