"This location is a great spot for coffee beans, situated in a quiet and safe area of Placentia. With fewer coffee shops open due to the pandemic, I find myself visiting here more often than the one closer to where I live that didn't survive. The drinks and snacks are of good quality, as is the overall atmosphere. However, the same cannot be said for the barista. I once tried to use a prepaid coffee bean app but encountered issues with the scanner function. Instead of offering a solution or a small discount, the barista quickly and rudely dismissed me. While I understand that times are tough, his attitude was unwarranted. The barista at Dieuck on North State College seems to have much better customer service skills, even though their locations aren't as aesthetically pleasing. It's a shame because Coffee Bean used to be a reliable alternative. Hopefully, the employees at this location can improve their service moving forward."

The coffee at this restaurant is okay, but not very consistent. The drive-thru experience can be frustrating, especially if your car is not compact. Be careful not to damage your car while going through. Visualizza piatti

Hazelnut Ice Blended drink MY FAVORTIE with an added shot and I always get my husband the Vietnamese Cold Brew|Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee to wake him up always made amazingly plus doordasher was Awesome!!

I am extremely pleased with my order. The Hazelnut Ice Blended drink was made perfectly! The Warm and delicious Blueberry Muffin Scones were a great addition. In addition, my driver was fast and friendly. Thank you!

The Bagels Spreads offers incredibly delicious options, like the Cheese Jalapeño Bagel and Everything Bagel. My favorite go-to drinks are the Cookies and Cream Ice Blended and Hazelnut Ice Blended. The staff are amazing and always provide top-notch service. The DoorDash delivery service is also fantastic, with quick and kind service. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean with tidy restrooms. The cold brew I ordered was excellent. My sister and I were just hanging out while our elderly mother was receiving treatment at the hospital nearby, when a male server with glasses and a ponytail approached us and offered us a sandwich that had been mistakenly prepared for another customer. The sandwich ended up being perfect for our mother. Thank you for the excellent service!

the coffee is good. the snacks are great, although very expensive for what they are. Remove stars because I don't order a finished drink, but take a regular coffee with milk as I can in any other coffee shop, right? no, here they decide about the amount of milk they will get today, also the amount of cinnamon, they are literally not allowed to touch the cinnamon jar. they can pour something on the side, but yes. not comfortable. no other coffee spot has any problem with me poking my nase in the milk glass and here I cannot add my own zimt. the jugend who works at this place are super friendly and nice, but there are too many of them (up to 6, they have a drive thru) and that sometimes create...
