I was served by a waitress by the name of Julia with excellent serving manners.Very attentive ,courteous and made us feel very enthusiastic in returning to this restaurant again.We thank her for her excellent service on 2/14/2024.

AVOID FOR VALENTINE'S DAY: This restaurant is not equipped for a packed Valentine's Day service. Last year, the appetizers took 1.5 hours to come out, the entrees were cold, and the wait staff were basically absent. Not just my table, but all tables around us were unable to get any food, drink, or service. I recommend them any other night, but you should go elsewhere for Valentine's Day.

Ommg!! This food is amazing... I went there with my friend and the place wasn't full but the chairs we sat were a little uncomfortable... We order the Garlic shrimp for appetizer, which I thought it was too small for the price.. And for the main corse the Salmon and a dishe call El Clasico... The waiter was okay with service but the guy the keep refilling the waters was really niice... Really good experience Second visit update: The food is still amazing!! Can’t speak highly enough about this place. The server and service was incredible. From the water glasses being full, to ensure the table was cleared in a timely manner without feeling hovered over. Lastly, the food was also tasty and the portions were proportionate (except the rice for the Ropa Vieja, so might want to put more rice n the plate for all the meat). We sat outside and has a great time. Inside the atmosphere is upscale with intimate lighting and Cuban rhythms loud enough to hear, but not over crowd your conversation. Great date night space, celebrating with colleagues, or a dinner for one.

Pros Nice place Great service Fast service Tres leche was good Cons We ordered the vaca Frita Classico Food had no taste even after using lime Vaca Frita portion was small Classico portion was big portion which was good. Ordered the sparking sangria and tasted like juice, waiter put more rum (no charge) and it made it better. Prices were consistent with the restaurant setting/ area but for those prices the food should've tasted much better and authentic. Compared to near by cuban restaurants like LA Casa or Rumbas food quality/taste/price.. this place doesn't get close to 3 stars. Also I'm always big on tipping good 40% and up for good service but they automatically charge 20% tip. Personall...

I had to update my review my first experience there was awesome it was this summer we ate outside and food was delicious decided to go back because the experience and the food was so good fast forward March 9th 2024 the muscles I had was awesome the atmosphere was nice ordered the dish with muscles shrimp and rice the rice was soggy in the middle and the rice around the skillet was burnt on had this dish before and it was awesome it seemed like they gave me some reheated food it took them a while to replace it I ordered something else which was very tasty the lady that helped me seem tired and overworked the employees knew I was sitting there for a while but refuse to make eye contact the ho...
