This restaurant never fails to impress. They serve delicious dishes at affordable prices, and even during busy times, the wait is minimal.

The food could really use some improvement; it was quite unappetizing. The bar, however, is decent. On a positive note, the staff members are very courteous.

Three times is to many to send an order back especially when you tell the person making it what you want on it. Finally just asked for a refund and left. It is a simple sandwich not brain surgery. Visualizza piatti

I asked the cashier if there was cheese in the garlic fries due to my dairy allergy, and she assured me there wasn't. I enjoyed a few fries before realizing that the small, garlicky-looking bits were actually Parmesan cheese. I had to hurry to the gift shop to get some Benadryl. Not a good experience.

We dined at this restaurant for dinner after hearing wonderful reviews from several people, and it completely surpassed our expectations! The staff welcomed us with warm hospitality, making us feel at home. The food was amazing, and we genuinely enjoyed our visit. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be coming back. The DELI, at Cache Creek Casino Resort makes my day when I'm low on fuel, and short of time for gambling. It has the fastest throughput, from a consistently short waiting line, to the first bite. This is another Cache Creek café with a clear view of the cooks. The food is cooked to order. Whether I intend to sit at the barstool- style counter, get a table for two, quick stop take-away so I can eat while playing slots, or even simply buying food to go for a meal during the drive home, I can find what I want on this menu. When I arrived, the cashier was nowhere to be found, and I had to get her attention as it seemed she was lost in thought. I ordered the "hot hot dog" but was disappointed to find out they had run out of condiments. If it was a slow time, the cashier could have taken the initiative to restock them. Instead, I noticed another employee had to come outside to take care of it. Customer service is crucial for encouraging repeat business, and it's important that staff are trained on how to effectively engage with and serve customers.

We visited on Lunar New Year and were looking for a quick bite while waiting for the Year of Fortune drawing to begin. We ended up with a lot of French fries! The price was similar to a large fries from McDonald's, and they tasted like the fries at Hometown Buffet. The chili fries came with generous chunks of ground beef—so cheesy! There's not much difference, really; it's better to just upgrade to chili cheese fries for an extra 50 cents, which brings the price from $2.95 to $3.50. I wish they offered free soda like Red Hawk does, though; a fountain drink cost $2.25, which is a bit steep!

I usually like this place because I don't get much hassle but just a long line sometimes. However the night I went, this place was undergoing repair and was operating out of the loco Express area. Always seem to have problems with the local Express cashiers and tonight was no different even though it was closed as local Express and operating as the deli. The nitwit cashier kept pausing and asking me the same thing over and over like do you want to drink and I did not ask him for a drink and I didnt want to keep repeating myself and we both just wined up staring at each other for a few seconds when I was about to request my money back and he finally gave me my receipt but about this time he h...
