"We really enjoy ordering the chicken Philly egg rolls at this restaurant. We recently ordered them again, but were concerned that they had given us the wrong order because they tasted different. However, when we called the owner, she was very polite and asked us about the issue. She explained that she had changed the menu slightly, but was open to feedback.
