She simply said, "WAIT!" After waiting a bit longer, I asked another staff member if she could take my order since I knew my choice was made to order. After nearly 10 minutes of standing there just to place my order, I was worried they might tell me I couldn’t get anything made to order. Eventually, she took my order, but I ended up receiving my food an hour late – no exaggeration. And after all of that, I paid $38 for a fried Red Snapper platter that was nothing but grease."

The oxtails are absolutely delicious! The macaroni could use some improvement, and the yams were just okay. However, the mango lemonade is fantastic!

Great flavor, good portions, quick delivery. Jerk chicken is spicy and sweet. The chicken is fresh and cooked perfectly. Cant go wrong the yams and the baked Mac and cheese.

This is my favorite place to get jamaican food from. the oxtails are banging the curry goat banging the curry chicken banging they always have my food perfectly it apos;s always hot always delicious please keep up the great work.

The restaurant doesn't open on time. When they finally do open the doors, the staff seems to be preoccupied with their phones. Although they were supposed to open at 12:30, they did so but were still unprepared. Overall, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I've always been a fan of this restaurant, but their service tonight exceeded all my previous experiences. They were low on mac and cheese, and instead of simply canceling my order, they offered their last portion, paired it with another delicious side, and even suggested a complimentary drink to make up for the inconvenience. They also left a note explaining what happened – how thoughtful! I absolutely love their service and the amazing food! They never disappoint!
