The Great Catch - Piatti

Was treated by friends for my birthday this past Saturday. Was impressed with food and service. Stephanie was great taking care of us. We had two handicap friends with us. It was pretty bad. The restaurant was empty and there's a good reason why. The waitress was pretty good, but the food was terrible. I has the lobster roll, it was salty and the roll overwhelmed the lobster meat. The person who served my poppers spilled half of them on the table, didn't pick it up or even apologize.

The seafood is outstanding at this restaurant! 3 of us had the lobster roll, which was loaded with perfectly warmed lobster with butter sauce. The other member of the group had fish tacos that she said were the best she had ever eaten. Plan to have a group event held here in the not too distant future. Thanks so much for a great evening. The picture explains it all empty plate and no leftovers!! Andrew did and amazing job. Everyone was polite and very respectful and knowledgeable on the menu. Great experience and will be returning right down the street from my house and buisness, and it?slike your by the beach Bar open to outside and inside great concept and design most importantly great menu and variety.

This was our first time here. Their fried mushrooms were good but the portion was underwhelming. It was like infant size. The fried haddock scallops were impressive but lacked seasoning, the broccoli was seasoned very well. If your going to get thefried haddock sandwich opt for the meal instead. More bang for your buck. The Lobster bisque was very fishy. The clam chowderwas good.

I love this place! My husband and I recently found this restaurant and we absolutely love it. The food is incredible and the drink specials are the best. We would usually sit outside at the bar but decided to sit at a table and bring our son. Doc waited on us and not only was he funny and an absolute delight but he treated our son like a king. The service was so great that we came back on the following Sunday and we plan on going again this coming Sunday! See you next week Doc! Oh and EVERYTHING on the menu is fabulous. Visualizza piatti

We’re unlikely to return to this restaurant. Although I recognize they are still an emerging business, given their affiliation with a larger group of restaurants, I expected a better experience. First and foremost, it was extremely warm inside—going from the heat outside to the heat indoors was uncomfortable. Our server was overly chatty and shared personal details about her going through menopause, which is not exactly a topic I wanted to hear while dining. Additionally, as a seafood restaurant, we were disappointed to find they were out of scallops, oysters, hush puppies, and had removed another menu item. Perhaps we might consider returning in the future, but not at this time.

I can't even begin to explain how this establishment carries itself. We were here for Father's day and we came early around 5 and we still didn't get to eat til close to 7. Your menu wasn't up to date and with it not being busy you would think we would have been taken care of appropriately. When I addressed this with the manager after we had a payment issue due to the waiter not wanting to use a visa gift card or not knowing how to, she then couldn't take accountability for the fact that her server wasn't ready and she didn't train her properly to take on more then one table at a time. Best part about our date night was our server Carlos! He was great. The food overall was good but not spectacular. As a Bostonian, avid traveler and foodie, I wasn?t blown away by the seafood. It?s a good option if you are in a pinch but not aplace I would become a regular at. I had the lobster roll which came out amazing, there was a dead bug on my lemon, but thatwas an easy fix (don?t use the lemon) rest of the plate after inspecting was good to eat.
