"I 've been to this location 3 times in 3 weeks because it 's the closest restaurant to my hotel. 1st visit No air conditioning and no sign stating so. By the time you notice you 're sweating, it 's too late to leave. Moved to a table under the fan. Oh, and my bank statement shows a different amount than the copy on my receipt. Extra tip added, nice. 2nd visit No air conditioning and no sign, again. Moved tables. Just let people know, that 's all. Good waiter! 3rd visit Ordered the steak and cheese sub from the bar. Took a bite and blistered my tongue and fingers. No warning. Bar tender, who was the worst bar tender I have ever had holds the title, said, yeah it 's the cheese and just walks off. Had to ask for a cup of ice. He was too worried about his social life I guess. I will not be going back to this location ever again."

This is unexactabe the Air in the Room we were in was totally uncomfortable Green turtle I have always come back here, but now I will call and inquire! Very disappointed! Key was a very good waitress,, good job

I ordered via Grubhub. The Patty Stack Melt tasted like old oil, was extremely greasy, and had no seasoning. I had to throw it out. The fries tasted old, and their texture felt as if they had been stored in a freezer. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

We had a party on Saturday July 20th the waitress key was rude and showed no empathy my brother left a Apple Watch and no one returned it and we left cup cakes and tipped great but no one cared of tried to find watch that was in a private room I wont be recommend this bar to #hide everything cause you won’t get it back Visualizza piatti

Got my Cajun pasta and it was not Cajun at all. My waitress called a tall Black guy over to my table he take the food back offered to remake it or make me something else. I went with the Maryland style wings and they were delicious. Bottom line his customer service made up for the fact they forgot the Cajun on the Pasta.

I am not sure what happened to this place. But we had an Army party for about 40 planned 3 months in advance and no one knew… The food orders took well over an hour. No napkins. We had to get our own water. Now for the food… The patty stack melt was children burgers on a toasted bun. Chicken wrap is was dry as the desert. Shrimp tasted awful. Wrong order wings… I hate to leave such a bad review, but the service and food were just too bad… Don’t come here.
