"I purchased food yesterday for lunch. I was tired of eating in the cafeteria of my office. I looked up this local gem and ohhhh boy it did not disappoint. I am from Brooklyn and I too am Jamaican so I know a good hand. I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage. The food was so darn good and the portions are so big!!! Loved it!! It was so good I went back for the BBQ jerk chicken and a side Mac and cheese!!!!!!!! Y’all gotta give them a try. I don’t even live in Trenton and will drive this 40 minute drive for this when I am not at work! It was good!"

They have stepped there food up it wasn’t as good as it is now , glad they did a turn around I would go here any day now and get food , if you don’t like spicy food this isn’t the place for you

I ordered a large Oxtail with Mac and cheese, rice and peas and cabbage. The meat I received was NOT OXTAIL it was Beef neck bones the cabbage had absolutely NO SEASONING AT ALL. Everything is was ok.

The food here is very good and I also ordered fresh juice. I experienced a nice atmosphere. The service is great here. I recommend this restaurant whenever you are visiting downtown. God Bless the hands that prepare the good Jamaican food. Amen. Vegetarian options: I ordered vegetarian and there was plenty of good food to keep me full for the rest of the day. I enjoyed fresh cooked cabbage and mac&cheese and rice and peas.

I used to like this place but now the food is trash. Definitely don't order off a food app....The restaurant is right around the corner and all I ordered was sides for my meal and the festival was nasty and not cooked right and rice and peas was mushy and overcooked I try to support my black business but this is the third time I wasted my money on this trash and there won't be a forth. Ps stop advertising food on the menu that you don't have then try to substitute it with something else.
