"I've been eating BBQ for 30 years. My father started a BBQ deposit business, so I fell in love with Grill by default. I started a Barbecue Rib-Schmuck test tour throughout the Lee County, Muscogee County and Russell County area. Yawl's ribs are the best ribs I've ever tasted! The smoke profile in the ribs is perfectly mixed with a sweet and brownish wort, but also not exaggerated. Light crispy outer texture, but seamlessly still delicate and juicy literally slip off the bone. Not sure what kind of pork ribs are used, whether they trim St. Louis style or baby back, but the size of the ribs were perfect. I have the Mac n cheese and Coleslaw, which was a perfect combination with my ribs. BBQ is about the heritage of taste, the feeling of people how to become a family in a community, and the customer service that makes you feel that they really appreciate you for more than your money. You've knocked all three out of the park from the ribs, the grill ambience and incredible and friendly staff that made us feel at home. We'll come back every week, if not anymore!
