"They have a strange policy at Lucky Dog where if you order a Polish sausage with fries, you can't simply upgrade to a larger fry size without being forced to pay for an extra meal. It’s quite unusual. At other establishments like Subway, when I ask for double meat, they don't charge me for an entire extra sandwich. Similarly, at McDonald's, if I order a Big Mac meal and want larger fries, they accommodate that without charging me for an additional serving. This seems to be a common practice elsewhere, so I was surprised by Lucky Dog's approach. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my entire order and went to another restaurant that met my request without any hassles. After years of dining out, this was the first time I faced such a ridiculous policy. It seems that Lucky Dog doesn’t prioritize its long-term customers if they enforce rules like this. I also began to question their pricing. I ordered the Polish sausage with upgraded fries, a side of barbecue sauce, and a large Italian ice, half lemon and half strawberry, and the total came to over $19. This felt excessive, especially since I was charged extra for fries I didn't actually want. I have a feeling I was overcharged for the Italian ice as well. Even with the added fries, I'm not sure how that total could add up to $19. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I won’t be repeating."

When you order the Italian beef dipped they don't dipped it. And the double cheeseburger with bacon, they forget the bacon at times.

I ordered the veggie sub, and it was absolutely delicious! The customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. As for vegetarian options, the veggie sub comes with cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and mayo with mustard. Highly recommended!
