I really loved the atmosphere. The service was amazing! Excellent customer service . The whole experience was very fun for me with cooking my own food. I would definitely go again!!

A must experience very friendly fast and efficient staff. Our waiter Ryan was exceptionally a certain recommended experience. Perfectly portioned courses and amazing food bursting with taste. Can't wait to return in the future.

One of my favorite places to eat. They are always changing the menu. We visit several times a month for just cheese and dessert. I understand that it takes 3 hours to eat a full meal but you really don't need too. You can be full on just cheese and dessert as well as some wine of course..

Hostess was great. We came an hour before our reservation and were seated promptly. Decided to do 4 courses. Food was delightful. Had a great dinner at this melting pot location last night! I am a returning customer and last night I introduced my husband and 2 of our friends to the crucible and they all really loved it! Our cheese was never a chance, our entrees were good meat and were delicious and our chocolates were amazing!!! But best was our server, Bryant! He was so sweet and so attentive we all loved him! Thank you very much!

I love the melting pot. Every time we go, we always get the best waitress. The food is always brilliant, regardless of what you are going for; everything is good! I love the parmesan combated pine nuts on the salad. I could eat them every day! You should really remember selling them as they do with a few things, so u can enjoy them at home. I also have many sauces and spices at home. You are great to have a hand! I love the melting pot and wish we could go more often, cuz his always a great time!

Our adult sons took us to the maple shade melting pot on 6/6/17 for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were seated promptly and our table was decorated for us with balloons and a box of chocolate covered strawberries. Our waitress was Maureen and she was beyond excellent. We have been to the melting pot before and expect to be there for several hours which we enjoy as it gives us plenty of time to sit back and relax and enjoy our family time which can at times become hectic in our daily lives. Maureen was very attentive and can 't thank her more than enough times for making our 25th wedding anniversary dinner any more special than it was.
