"I just want to start off and say that I would eat here again but, I have never had such a horrible experience tonight. I had a reservation for two at 6:45 pm and were seated on time, which was great. But, as we were seated we waited and waited. Our server didn’t check on us between each course and had waited an hour to get our entrees out after our first course. Also multiple tables were seated and had left after we had already been seated. And had left The Melting Pot at 9:40 pm This one experience won’t derail us from trying again but I wanted it to be known that this had happen because it definitely ruined my anniversary celebration. :"

Sydney was an amazing server! Melting pot has been a long time staple in our house for celebrations and we continue to love it!

It was busy and it was too long in between courses. Bar drinks were very very slow. Overall a fun time, but service could have been better.

Our reservation was at 7 didn’t get a table for 35 minutes(after time reserved) Had tickets for a comedy show at 9 and didn’t get out of there until 10:30. Experience was appreciated and family enjoyed themselves. We compromised the evening to keep the night positive. Visualizza piatti

Upon arrival for our 7:45 reservation, the hostess informed us that they were “running about 45 minutes late.” We were herded into the bar area which was very busy. We sat through two drinks each when our name was called almost 1 1/2 hours later. We booked through Open Table, so it would have been nice if the restaurant would have texted, emailed or called to tell us they were running behind.

We had the chance to redo our anniversary dinner after a less-than-stellar experience last weekend, and I’m so glad we did. Jessica reached out and made us feel special, which really set the tone for the evening. We gave them a second chance, and they truly delivered. The food was fantastic, the drinks were delightful, and the hospitality was outstanding. Our server, Kenny, was attentive and entertaining, checking in frequently and sharing some laughs. We can’t wait to return! #Kenny
