The Pizza Cart - Piatti

Some of the most delicious pizza and gelato I’ve ever had. Both the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Meatlovers were to die for. Then the gelato — mmmm!

Amazing food! We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and house salad. One suggestion -could you add changing tables to your bathrooms? That would help so much when eating here with young children. Thanks!

Great wood-fired pizza. The Margherita was light and crispy. My only critique would be to clean the oven a little more regularly. Some of the bites were full of sandy char on the bottom of the slices, from the inside of the oven. Visualizza piatti

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a delightful surprise! The pizza was absolutely perfect. We are quite selective when it comes to wood-fired pizza, but everything here—the sauce, the dough—was outstanding! It was incredibly delicious, and I will definitely return!

I visit The Pizza Cart regularly, around twice a month, and I've consistently had a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and attentive, ensuring you have everything you need, and the pizza is absolutely fantastic. It's truly some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. If you're in Cedar City, you definitely need to stop by The Pizza Cart!

I love Pizza Cart. Their pizza always tastes amazing, the place has such a wonderful atmosphere to it. I highly recommend you try them out if you are passing through. I would have added more pictures of the pizzas but they are too good to just let them sit there for a picture, we gobbleb them right up! This is our second visit to this restaurant. During our first experience, we waited 25 minutes for our pizza and were told it would take 35 minutes this time; however, it actually took about 20 minutes. On both occasions, there were only a few other customers in the restaurant. It seems unreasonable to wait so long for a small 12” pizza. While the pizza is fantastic, this place isn't ideal if you're looking for a quick meal.

I would have liked to try the pizza here, after reading some nice comments. My experience wasn’t positive, though. Arrived at 8pm Friday night. The place didn’t look overly busy. No one waiting in line. Some empty tables. Tried to order for dine-in, but was informed that the pizza would not be ready for at least 45 minutes. Wut? The closing time is 9pm. No explanation given, but I was assured I could eat the pizza while the store cleaning was underway.

I absolutely love The Pizza Cart. This small business has been such a blessing for me and my family. Just talking with Jason and Cindy you can tell that they really care for their costumers, product and team. Everyone is so kind and they really care about everything they do.
