"Been to this location twice for Sunday brunch and had poor service both times. The first time, it took 20 minutes before we saw a server. The second time, it took 45 minutes to get our made to order food. After speaking with the manager, she assured us this will not happen again. Not sure if I want to come back. Maybe others will have better luck with service than we did."

The Point serves a wonderful lunch buffet at the weekend! My staff and I love going for salad, soup and pizza. There's always a fully equipped one.

our brunch was delicious and the waiting staff was very attentive. all eggs and waffles, pancakes, etc. are ordered by their table so that they do not have to wait in the line, great idea, makes the line faster.

I had the 12 Kitchen Sink pizza, very good and too much for one person. Wife enjoyed her salmon. Had a new server an he was very slow and seemed rattled. That can happen anywhere. The din in the restaurant was really bad. Lots of little kids and a lot of dishes banging around. Visualizza piatti

We enjoy going to The Point for its location, its nice vibe and employees, good alcohol offerings, and basic food. However, since I am gluten-free, there are very few offerings for me. I always get a Southwest salad. I was at least happy to note that the salad had been greatly improved over the last time.

Food was delicious but service was absolutely horrible. Took 20 mins to get water from our waitress. We received our appetizer before she took our order. It took over 20 mins for my husband to get a glass of wine. A table of two received their dinner 15-20 mins after sitting down (after we did) and it took 45 minutes to receive our order. Very poor and unfortunate.

"It was our 1st time dining at Oak and it certainly won't be our last! Our server, Kasey, was wonderful. She made excellent suggestions and everything from the uniquely crafted cocktails to the appetizers to the salads to perfectly seasoned steaks to the desserts was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and asked for a table by the window with a view of the room and we were very happily accommodated. The deviled eggs with fried oysters atop were the biggest surprise of the evening. None of us were oyster fans, but we all loved them! Thank you for a lovely evening!"

"Great place. Owned by Trophy Brewing. You can hit their 12 taps of rotating beer or get something from the fridge. The atmosphere is really nice. I would think this place would appeal to tourists to try many different kinds of NC beer."

"my partner and I had a wonderful night at plates! the atmosphere was perfect for talks while she was alive enough to create a beautiful energy in the room. the service was fantastic. we have both nutritional restrictions (he has zöliakie) and needed accommodation. our server was very knowledgeable and the cook offered dishes modifications so we could have our first choices from the menu. After all, it was wonderful to eat. I had the market salad dressed with salmon and maple vinaigrette and it was so artistically joined together that the combination of aromen for this simple dish made irking the unforgettable dishes (determined salad) I ever eaten. my partner had a seasonal mushroom curry and loved it. we will definitely be back too long, hopefully, while the braided short ribs are still on the menu!"

"We enjoyed the pizza meatball, Buffalo chicken meatballs and traditional. We each got 3 meatballs with a choice of sauce. Our tween loved his meatballs and spaghetti. The bread was nice and crunchy. The fried green tomatoes were perfectly done. The atmosphere was quaint. The place isn’t large but it was warm and inviting. The negative was the family size sides were not what we would consider family size."

"I ordered the intake for the birthday dinner of my mother and the food was good (I ordered a few deeres), but I was very disappointed after I found a piece of hair in the sauce that I got on the side for the bohnenburger. I found the hair in the sauce after I put the sauce on the burger, with the burger not even eaten halfway. I called to inform madgardless about it, and the employee I spoke with said that she will look into it, but I would have really appreciated an anesthetic sincere apology. an apology goes far into my book. I was a fairly common customer, but after calling and talking to her it put a bad taste in my mouth. update: I was contacted by the administration and will deliver update soon I had the opportunity to talk to the manager when she reached me shortly after the submission of this review. she was sincerely apologetic and worked a few things with me to fix the situation, and I was satisfied with the order. some days later or so, I was in the mood for a dune in experience at irregardless, this go round. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. I was able to taste a lot of dressed from the appetizer to dessert and I enjoyed. the waiter was very good and made great recommendations. the good taste in my mouth was restored. no, but really, thank you for good customer service and care that has been provided. I've come back in the last few years."
