The Ridge Microbrewery

The food is good and the place has a lot of potential. Lovely view and sad that it's not more crowded but easy to get in. Try the pork chop.

Stopped here because we saw the microbrewery sign, THEY DO NOT HAVE A BREWERY, had plans to put one in but never finished it. Had a drink there anyway, staff was friendly and local beverage selection was OK.

The food and service were fantastic, and the view was absolutely stunning. It's just a short drive outside of town, and definitely worth the trip. Although it's located behind the casino, it is not part of the casino itself. Visualizza piatti

We visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy a nice dinner, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was only one staff member working at the bar and taking orders, which resulted in a long wait for our drink order and to receive the menu. Ultimately, we decided to leave.

The food was excellent—both the pasta and fish were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly, and the view was stunning. The industrial decor is really impressive, giving the place a unique vibe. This restaurant has so much potential, but it's surprising to see how few customers were there; it felt quite empty inside.

Beautiful view. Almost deserted; a big place, and at 6PM on a Wednesday my wife and I were customers two and three. They have been unable to secure a microbrewery license and are operating as a taproom but have a good selection of craft beers; I recommend the Alaskan Amber. We wanted to try something new in the area, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful view, immaculately clean, food and service were great! So tired of the same old local fare, what a delightful surprise. We will be back again and again! We did go back last night. My friend ordered the rib eye- with oyster mushrooms, so delicious! I had the smoked pork chop, perfectly cooked. I usually just push broccoli around with my fork, but this broccolini was grilled to perfection. Try it! Still not swamped, food and service excellent.

Tonight, my husband, our infant, and I arrived at The Ridge for dinner around 7:40 PM after driving over 40 miles to get there. We were informed, along with another couple, that there would be a wait of 10-15 minutes for a table, despite several clean tables being available. After about 10 minutes, around 7:51 PM, the hostess approached us with a small menu and informed us that they stop serving dinner at 8 PM and would only be offering bar snacks because of the band and the free cover charge. It was absolutely appalling and ridiculous. We decided to leave and warned another group that was arriving about our experience, and they also chose to leave. What a terrible first impression.
