"My night with my wife was HORRIBLE! I was sat by the patio door. I requested to be moved to another area away from the patio and was refused. The reason was you guys had reservations but I had made reservations as well! Then it took mins to receive my appetizers, the server got my instructions wrong and the serve wasnt pleased about having to fix the mistake! I waited another mins for my waitress to actually visit my table again. Asking "hows everything? You guys doing alright?" I replied, "Actually Id like to ORDER DINNER if thats alright with you?" I ordered a ribeye with fries my wife was too upset to order so she refused to order dinner! The server came about another mins or so later walked passed me and around me looking for the table that had placed the order for the ribeye steak and fries. He then walked back to the kitchen area where the waitress was and I assume she told him the correct table because then he returned with my meal. Shortly after my steak arrived the waitress came with my bill and a carryout for my wife. Since I was afraid there would be another extended wait to pay I asked to pay while the waitress was standing at the table with the bill. Of course she quickly hurried back after processing my card. I tried to eat might meal but I was too upset to finish. I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE BY YOUR STAFF"

perfect place for lunch or dinner while shopping in phipps plaza. they have good and delicious cocktails and burgers. the service was also good.

Sadly, the Tavern has really gone downhill. Our food was just fair, at best, and the even the everreliable Tavern Chips were mediocre. Won't be headed back until we hear they've got it back on track Visualizza piatti

I ordered the sea bass and even though it was good I’m pretty sure it wasn’t sea bass. Not sure which white fish it was but being that I cook sea bass quite frequently it wasn’t sea bass. Also, the noise level here is extremely high

Family dinner on Sunday night, company good food poor. Great waiter Santiago but the kitchen wasn’t performing. of us total, salads, sandwiches and one entree. salads had ice chips in and around the lettuce. One sandwich was supposed to be warm but very cold, sent back and by the time it arrived my dad wasn’t hungry anymore. We were offered warm chocolate cake with ice cream to make up for it. Arrived cold, was good though. Would have been better if it was warmed. Tavern chips were amazing. Don’t plan to go back
